By accessing the ParetoPicks website and joining our waitlist, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or submit your information.
2. Waitlist and Early Access
ParetoPicks is currently in active development. By joining the waitlist:
- You understand that access is granted at our sole discretion and in cohorts.
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the platform.
- The "Founding Member" promotional discounts (e.g., 40% off the first 3 months) are contingent upon your eventual activation of an account; founding members always keep their locked rate at launch and may be subject to further terms upon full launch.
3. Pricing & Features Disclaimer
As noted on our site, the pricing shown is for founding members. Final pricing will be confirmed at launch; founding members always keep their locked rate. Tiers (Indie, Studio, Growth) and listed features remain subject to change as we build the product—final feature sets and integration capabilities at public launch may differ from those currently displayed.
4. Nature of AI Services
ParetoPicks uses artificial intelligence to ingest, cluster, and synthesize publicly available app reviews.
Informational Purposes Only:
The insights, digests, and "Top 3" recommendations generated by ParetoPicks are provided for informational purposes. They are designed to assist your product roadmap decisions, but the final decision on what to build or fix rests entirely with you.
No Warranties:
We do not guarantee that acting upon ParetoPicks' insights will guarantee specific financial outcomes, increased downloads, or improved app store ratings.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParetoPicks and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our site, reliance on our AI-generated briefs, or the unavailability of the service.
